Product Features & Attributes
This vertical horizontal vibration shaker is used to simulate vibration environments during highway, high-speed railway and other transportation conditions, testing the vibration resistance of electrical, electronic, appliance, automotive components and packaged products, evaluating their structural integrity and functional reliability in expected transport and usage environments.
Vibration Modes:
Sweep function: Upper/lower frequency range adjustable, sine wave sweep
Fixed frequency function: Continuous vibration at fixed frequency
Logarithmic function: Three modes (low-to-high / high-to-low / low-to-high-to-low), with cycling capability
Technical Features:
Rotary (reciprocating) vibration: Commonly known as "racing track" mode, conforms to international transport standards
Wide frequency range: Standard 1~99.9Hz adjustable; optional 0.5~600Hz, 0.5~3000Hz, 0.5~5000/10000Hz
High-precision control: Frequency display to 0.01Hz, control accuracy 0.1Hz
Digital display: Clear display of vibration speed (r/min)
Low-noise belt drive: Synchronous low-noise belt drive mechanism with extremely low noise,不影响办公环境
Guide rail sample clamping: Easy operation, safe to use
Heavy-duty channel steel base: With vibration-damping rubber pads, easy installation, stable operation, no anchor bolts required
DC motor speed control: Smooth operation, strong load capacity
Technical Parameters:
Max load: 100kg (customizable up to 1000kg or more)
Max acceleration: 0~15G
Vibration waveform: Sine wave (full/half wave)
Power supply: 220V±10%
Cost-effectiveness: Affordable pricing, approximately 10% of comparable imported products.
Available in different specifications: different frequency ranges (standard/high-frequency), different load capacities (100kg, 300kg, 500kg, 1000kg+), and different control modes (fixed frequency/sweep/logarithmic/programmable) to suit various product testing requirements.
Mainly used in reliability testing laboratories for electronic products, household appliances, automotive components, packaging materials, military, aerospace and other industries.
