The Three-Wheel Rut Tester (Triple Wheel Tracking Device) is essential equipment for evaluating high-temperature rut resistance and moisture susceptibility of asphalt mixtures, widely used in highway research institutes, quality control centers, and asphalt production facilities for mix design and quality assurance.

  • Intelligent Temperature Control: PID regulation technology, water bath or air bath temperature range ambient to 80°C, ±0.5°C precision, ensuring stable test temperature

  • Automatic Protection: Automatic wheel lifting device prevents pre-loading damage; rubber wheel wear marks for roundness inspection; automatic alarms for overtemperature and overload

  • Powerful Software: Windows OS, automatic calculation of dynamic stability, creep slope, and strip inflection point, generating test reports compliant with AASHTO and EN standards

  • Three-Point Data Acquisition: 5 predetermined measurement points along specimen length, 3 readings per point, 15 rut data points automatically captured for representative results
