Product Features & Attributes
This series of steel bar marking gauges is used for marking gauge points on steel bars before tensile testing to determine elongation. It is common equipment for steel bar physical property testing.
Working Principle: Place the steel bar in the V-groove for positioning. The marking assembly moves along the bar axis via electric or manual drive, with the cone tip making marks at set intervals (5mm or 10mm) for elongation measurement after tensile testing.
Structure:
Base: Stable support
Support frame: Holds V-groove
V-groove: Positions the steel bar
Marking assembly: Includes rod, cone tip and transmission mechanism
Electrical system (electric model): Motor drive and control
Two Models Available:
Feature | Electric Model | Manual Model |
|---|---|---|
Drive | 220V Motor Automatic | Manual Operation |
Marking Accuracy | Higher, Uniform Speed | Standard |
Convenience | One-Button Start | Manual Operation |
Application | Batch Testing, Lab | Field, Occasional Testing |
Weight | Approx. 30kg | Approx. 17kg |
Power | 220V Required | No Power Required |
Technical Features:
Adjustable spacing: 5mm and 10mm
Applicable bar diameter Φ4~60mm
Marking depth approx. 0.3mm for clear marks
V-groove design for accurate positioning
Easy operation for improved efficiency
Applicable Bars:
Plain round steel bars
Deformed steel bars (place straight edge upward)
Available in different specifications: different gauge spacing (5mm/10mm/20mm) and different marking depths to suit various steel bar types and testing standards.
Mainly used in steel bar manufacturers, construction quality inspection institutions, concrete product companies, construction sites, research universities, metal material laboratories, and more for elongation test marking on steel bars.
