This sag resistance tester is used to determine the sagging performance of paints during application and drying on vertical surfaces. It rapidly evaluates product quality and determines optimal paint application thickness, saving time and application costs. Working Principle: Apply paint evenly onto a glass panel with multi-groove film thickness gradients (50~675μm, 25μm gradient). Place vertically under standard conditions to dry. Observe sagging at each groove position to determine the maximum film thickness without sagging, evaluating paint sag performance and optimal application thickness.
