This rutting test mould (also known as asphalt mixture rutting mould or rutting mould) is specifically designed for specimen preparation in asphalt mixture rutting tests. It is used in conjunction with rutting testers and wheel rolling compactors to prepare asphalt mixture rutting specimens for testing dynamic stability and rutting depth.
Specifications: Available in three height specifications: 300×300×50mm, 300×300×80mm, and 300×300×100mm to meet different specimen thickness requirements and various test standards.
Material & Process: Made of high-quality metal (cast iron/steel) with anti-rust coating for durability and corrosion resistance. The structure consists of base plate, side plates, end plates, and bolts for easy assembly, disassembly, and smooth demoulding.
