This remoulding cylinder (also known as soil sample remoulding apparatus or remoulding test accessory) is a special accessory for geotechnical remoulding tests, used for soil sample remoulding to prepare standard specimens for triaxial tests, consolidation tests, and other geotechnical tests.
Structure: Consists of two parts: a slotted inner cylinder and a knurled outer sleeve. The slotted design of the inner cylinder facilitates air and water drainage, while the knurled outer sleeve provides anti-slip grip for easy operation.
Material & Process: Made of 45# high-quality steel with precision turning, ensuring accurate dimensions. Inner cylinder wall thickness 3mm, outer sleeve wall thickness 4mm for durability. Surface finish includes turning polishing and anti-slip knurling.
Specifications: Available in two common specifications: Φ40×100mm and Φ39.1×80mm. Net weight 1.15kg.
Available in different specifications: different inner diameters (e.g., Φ38mm, Φ39.1mm, Φ40mm, Φ50mm, etc.) and different heights (e.g., 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, etc.) to meet various soil types and different testing requirements.
Mainly used in geological survey institutions, engineering testing laboratories, and soil laboratories for remoulded soil sample preparation before triaxial tests, consolidation tests, and other geotechnical tests.
