This pull-off adhesion tester is used for on-site and laboratory determination of coating adhesion (pull-off strength), widely applied in paints, coatings, anti-corrosion, automotive, aerospace, building materials and other industries.

Working Principle: The dolly (pull stub) is bonded to the coating surface with two-component adhesive. After curing, the hydraulic pump applies vertical tensile force to pull the coating from the substrate. The instrument displays the pull force in real time and automatically calculates adhesion strength (MPa) to evaluate the bond strength between coating and substrate.

Operation Steps:

1. Abrade coating surface with abrasive pad, clean and dry

2. Mix two-component adhesive (1:1 ratio), apply to dolly base

3. Press dolly onto test surface, remove excess adhesive

4. Allow full curing (approx. 24 hours)

5. Mount dolly into adapter, select dolly size

6. Select measurement unit (MPa or KN)

7. Apply steady pressure until coating detachment, record max pull force

Available in four dolly sizes (10mm, 14mm, 20mm, 50mm) and related consumables (adhesive, abrasive pads) to suit different coating thicknesses and testing standards.
