Product Features & Attributes
This precision salt spray tester is used to test the salt spray corrosion resistance of hardware, electronic, automotive and other materials after surface treatments such as painting, coating, electroplating, anodizing and anti-rust oil treatment. It is ideal testing equipment for surface treatment quality control and corrosion performance evaluation.
Test Principle: Atomize saline solution of specific concentration to create a salt spray environment in the sealed chamber. Expose specimens to specified temperature, humidity and salt spray conditions, simulating atmospheric salt spray corrosion to evaluate material corrosion resistance.
Structural Features:
Sealing system: Water-sealed design with inner and outer chamber connecting sealing grooves for stable test environment and leak prevention
Heating system: Dual heating control (chamber and pressure tank) for uniform temperature
Spray system: Precision nozzles for uniform atomization with adjustable deposition rate
Control system: Touch screen control for convenient parameter setting and automatic timing
Test Modes Available:
NSS (Neutral Salt Spray Test) : Chamber temperature 35℃, suitable for metal and coating corrosion testing
AASS (Acetic Acid Salt Spray Test) : Suitable for specific coatings such as zinc plating
CASS (Copper Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray Test) : Chamber temperature 50℃, suitable for decorative coatings such as copper/nickel/chromium
Technical Features:
Water seal design for excellent sealing and no leakage
Chamber temperature 35~50℃ adjustable, pressure tank 47~63℃ adjustable
Temperature accuracy ±1℃ for precise and stable control
Multi-functional with three standard salt spray test modes
Easy operation with automatic timing and stop
Technical Parameters:
Overall dimension: 750×540×550mm
Net weight: approx. 100kg
Available in different specifications: different chamber sizes (750×540×550mm, custom), different temperature ranges, and different spray methods to suit various product types and testing standards.
Mainly used in hardware product manufacturers, electronic factories, automotive parts companies, aerospace material testing institutions, electroplating plants, quality inspection institutions, research universities, and more for salt spray corrosion resistance testing of surface-treated materials.
