This mortar permeability test mold (also known as mortar impermeability test mould or 70×80×30 test mold) is specifically designed for preparing standard test specimens for mortar permeability (impermeability) testing. It is an essential mold for mortar impermeability testing in highway, railway, water conservancy, and construction engineering laboratories.
Structural Design: The cavity features an inverted truncated cone shape with top diameter of 70mm, bottom diameter of 80mm, and height of 30mm. This design facilitates specimen demolding while ensuring uniform water pressure distribution during impermeability testing.
Material & Process: Made of high-quality metal (cast iron/steel) with precision machining to ensure accurate dimensions. The mold features a thickened and weighted design for robust structure and durability, resistant to deformation. Surface treated with anti-rust coating for corrosion resistance.
Usage Instructions: Specimens can be demolded after 24-48 hours. Maximum allowable pressure is 1.47×10^6 Pa, meeting standard impermeability test requirements. Overall dimension approx. 120×100×50mm, net weight approx. 1.5kg.
Available in different specifications: different cavity sizes (e.g., 60×70mm, 70×80mm, 80×90mm, etc.) and different heights (e.g., 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc.) to meet various mortar mix designs and different impermeability test standards.
Mainly used in laboratories of highway, railway, water conservancy, and construction units, as well as research universities, for specimen preparation and testing of mortar impermeability performance.
