Product Features & Attributes
This mortar drying curing chamber is used for drying and curing tests of cement, concrete and mortar specimens in construction, highway and quality inspection departments. It is standard curing equipment for building material laboratories.
Working Principle:
Temperature Control: When chamber temperature drops below the set lower limit, the temperature controller activates the heating system. When temperature exceeds the upper limit, the refrigeration system starts, maintaining temperature at 20±2℃.
Humidity Control: When chamber humidity drops below the set lower limit, the ultrasonic humidifier activates. When humidity exceeds the upper limit, the dehumidification system starts, maintaining humidity at 50~93%RH.
Structural Features:
Outer shell of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, inner chamber of acid-resistant stainless steel plate
Stainless steel shelves for durability
Magnetic rubber seal on chamber door for excellent sealing
Ultrasonic humidifier for uniform mist distribution
Refrigeration dehumidification system for high efficiency
Air heating tube for uniform temperature distribution
Technical Features:
Temperature control 20±2℃, humidity control 50~93%RH
Digital display of real-time temperature and humidity
Automatic switching between heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification
Attractive design with high temperature control accuracy
Over-temperature protection for safe operation
Controller Settings: Factory preset (upper limit 21.5℃, lower limit 18.5℃, humidity 50%). Can be customized as required.
Operation Instructions:
Allow chamber to settle for 24 hours after positioning, connect ground wire, level the unit
Add distilled water to the temperature sensor plastic reservoir, place gauze into the reservoir
Fill humidifier tank with clean cold water (distilled water recommended), set spray to maximum
Check controller settings, connect power and turn on
Place specimens after chamber reaches set temperature and humidity
Precautions:
Use in ventilated, dry, level environment free of corrosive media
Must use regulated power supply with proper grounding
Wait at least 3 minutes before restarting after power failure
Maintain water levels in humidifier tank and sensor reservoir
Available in different specifications: different chamber volumes (standard/large), different temperature/humidity control ranges, and different control systems (digital/touch screen) to suit various laboratory scales and testing standards.
Mainly used in construction company laboratories, highway engineering quality inspection institutions, cement manufacturers, precast concrete plants, research universities, and more for standard curing and drying of cement, concrete and mortar specimens.
