The microwave digestion system is an intelligent sample preparation device based on microwave heating and closed‑vessel high‑pressure technology for heavy metal and trace element analysis in food, environmental, geological, pharmaceutical and other applications. Two configurations are available: Basic Low‑Throughput Model (16‑position rotor) and Dual‑Screen High‑Throughput Model (24‑position rotor with primary/secondary touchscreens). Features an industrial‑grade magnetron with 0–1600W adjustable microwave power, maximum operating temperature 300–330℃, 316L stainless steel cavity with multi‑layer PFA anti‑corrosion coating, and self‑locking explosion‑proof door. Non‑contact infrared temperature monitoring and full‑vessel pressure control ensure precise digestion. Compatible with nitric, hydrochloric, hydrofluoric and other acid systems. Compliant with ASTM D5513, BS EN 13656, EPA 3052 and other international standards. OEM customization supported.

The microwave digestion system is an intelligent sample preparation device based on microwave heating and closed‑vessel high‑pressure technology, widely used in food, environmental, pharmaceutical, geological and materials science applications. The 2450MHz high‑frequency microwaves cause polar molecules to rapidly oscillate, converting microwave energy directly into heat for fast, uniform heating.

Two configurations are available to suit different throughput needs:
