The equipment drives the indenter through a high-precision servo motor, applying a uniform axial pressure to the Marshall specimen at a standard rate of 50.8±0.5mm/min until the specimen fails. It has a built-in high-precision pressure sensor (range 0~50kN, accuracy ±0.1%FS) and a displacement sensor (accuracy ±0.01mm), which collect load and deformation data in real time, automatically identify the failure peak, accurately calculate the stability and flow value, and draw the load-deformation curve in real time. The equipment is equipped with automatic calibration, data storage and export functions, and the whole process is automated to eliminate manual errors, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test data, which fully meets the accuracy requirements of international standards for Marshall tests.
