The low strain pile integrity tester uses the low-strain reflected wave method (pulse echo). A hand-held hammer strikes the pile top, generating a stress wave that travels down the shaft. Reflected waves are generated when encountering defects (cracks, necking, soil inclusions, voids) or the pile toe. A sensor captures the signals, and the system displays waveforms in real time for analysis, quickly identifying defect locations and severity, while also verifying pile length. Dual-channel simultaneous acquisition allows multi-direction testing for improved efficiency. Features include a high-brightness color touchscreen, industrial-grade housing, built-in high-capacity Li-battery, wireless transmission, and real-time data upload to mobile devices or the cloud. On-site report generation with USB export. Fully compliant with ASTM D5882, BS EN ISO 22477-4 and other international standards for globally recognized test results.
