This grout vertical expansion rate tester (also known as expansive mortar tester or vertical expansion rate test apparatus) is specifically designed for determining the vertical expansion rate of grouting expansive mortar and is key equipment for quality control of grouting materials.
Components: Consists of a depth micrometer (range 25~50mm), glass plate (100×100×5mm), mold (Φ75×150mm), weight (1.5kg), and tamping rod (10mm diameter, 250mm length).
Test Method: Place the mixed grout into the mold, tamp evenly with the tamping rod, place the glass plate and weight, and measure the initial height. After curing under specified conditions, measure the height again to calculate the expansion rate. Measurement accuracy up to 0.001mm.
Material: Mainly made of steel and glass for durability and clear readings.
Available in different specifications: different mold sizes (e.g., Φ50×100mm, Φ75×150mm, Φ100×200mm, etc.) and different depth micrometer ranges (e.g., 0~25mm, 25~50mm, 50~75mm, etc.) to meet various grouting material requirements and different test requirements.
Suitable for quality control and testing of grouting material expansion performance in grout manufacturers, building materials testing laboratories, engineering quality testing stations, research institutes, and more.
