This flexible foam vacuum water absorption tester is designed for the building materials technology field, used for vacuum water absorption rate testing of flexible foam rubber plastic insulation products. The equipment consists of a vacuum pump and a (digital timer / LCD controller). It circulates deaired water to improve testing accuracy. Vacuum pressure and holding time are programmable, with automatic timing and automatic power-off. Available in digital timer and LCD control two specifications to meet different user needs. Features include low energy consumption, low noise, easy installation, simple operation, and high safety.
Test chamber volume: Φ170 × 250 mm. Sample holder accommodates 3 pcs 100×100mm square samples or 2 round samples. Suitable for vacuum water absorption rate and vacuum saturation testing of flexible foam rubber plastic insulation products.
