This emulsified asphalt demulsibility test mixer (also known as emulsified asphalt and aggregate mixing tester) is specifically designed for emulsified asphalt demulsibility testing. Under 25℃±1℃ conditions, aggregates and emulsion are mixed according to specified gradation to evaluate demulsibility performance and mixing effect through observation of mixing state and uniformity. It is essential testing equipment for asphalt mixture mix design and emulsified asphalt quality control.

Test Principle: At specified temperature, aggregates are added to emulsified asphalt at a set feed rate. The motor drives the mixing paddle to rotate at a constant speed, allowing thorough mixing of aggregates and emulsified asphalt. The demulsibility speed is evaluated by observing the mixture's state, uniformity, and demulsification condition.
