This electric waterproof board seam leak tester is used for air tightness testing of welded seams on tunnel waterproofing boards. It is essential equipment for waterproofing quality testing in tunnel construction.

Working Principle: Insert the injection needle into the seam to be tested, connect power and start the air pump to inflate the seam. When the pressure gauge reaches the preset working pressure (0.25MPa), the instrument automatically stops inflating and maintains constant pressure. After 15 minutes, observe the pressure drop. A drop within 10% indicates a qualified seam. If the pressure drops too quickly, apply soapy water to locate and repair leaks.

Test Method:

1. Insert needle into the seam to be tested

2. Connect power, turn on switch to start inflation

5. Pressure drop ≤10%: qualified; faster drop: check with soapy water
