This dynamic elastic modulus tester is used to determine the resonance frequency of concrete, acrylic mortar, carbon and other materials under specific vibration modes, calculating the dynamic elastic modulus. It can be used with freeze-thaw test chambers to evaluate concrete damage during freeze-thaw cycles or chemical erosion. Also suitable for dynamic elastic modulus measurement of carbon, stone, brick, glass, plastics, steel, copper, aluminum and other non-metallic and metallic materials. It is important testing equipment for quality supervision and inspection stations, research institutes and universities in metallurgy, construction, highway, railway, bridge, water conservancy and power industries.
Working Principle: Transmit vibration signals at specific frequencies to excite specimen resonance, capture and analyze the resonance frequency, and calculate dynamic elastic modulus based on material density and specimen dimensions. Changes in resonance frequency reflect the degree of internal structural damage.
