Product Features & Attributes
This concrete creep tester is used to determine the time-dependent compression creep deformation of concrete under constant load, and is key equipment for concrete long-term performance and durability testing. Suitable for testing uniaxial compression creep of concrete under constant temperature and moisture-controlled conditions.
Working Principle: Standard concrete specimens (100×100×300~400mm, 150×150×300~600mm, etc.) are placed in the creep loading frame. Constant axial pressure is applied via hydraulic or manual loading systems. High-precision spoke pressure sensors monitor the stress state in real time, while displacement sensors measure compression deformation. Data including pressure, deformation and environmental temperature/humidity are recorded via handheld data acquisition systems or touch screen control systems.
Product Features:
High-precision spoke pressure sensors with strong anti-eccentricity, overload capacity and high sensitivity
High-precision displacement sensors with 0.1% accuracy and 0.05% linearity
Dual spring/disc spring design for uniform force distribution and long fatigue life
Touch screen/handheld acquisition system for real-time display of pressure, deformation and environmental conditions
Fully automatic hydraulic system (auto model) with automatic pressure maintenance and replenishment
Anti-tilt base design for direct floor placement without drilling or slotting
Assembled and shipped as a complete unit, ready for immediate use
