The equipment drives the diamond cutting wheel to rotate at high speed through a high-power motor, and cooperates with the manual/electric feed mechanism to smoothly cut the concrete core sample/specimen. It is equipped with an adjustable worktable fixture to ensure accurate core sample positioning and stable cutting process; the cutting depth and feed speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the specimen size and material to achieve a standard cutting effect with flat and vertical end faces. An automatic water supply system is equipped during the cutting process to continuously cool the wheel and core sample, effectively reducing temperature rise, preventing wheel wear and specimen cracking, and ensuring cutting accuracy and specimen quality. The whole machine adopts a heavy-duty steel frame with strong rigidity and good seismic performance, ensuring stable accuracy during long-term use, and adapting to the high-precision processing requirements of various concrete core samples.
