Product Features & Attributes
This concrete adiabatic temperature rise tester is used to measure the temperature change and maximum temperature rise of concrete during the hydration of cementitious materials under adiabatic conditions. It is key equipment for thermal property testing of mass concrete in dam, bridge, road, reservoir and other large-scale concrete engineering projects.

Working Principle: The concrete specimen is placed in an adiabatic insulation barrel. High-precision temperature sensors continuously collect the core temperature of the specimen. The control system automatically tracks the specimen temperature, adjusting the ambient temperature to match the specimen temperature in real time, simulating adiabatic conditions. Computer software collects and analyzes data, plotting temperature-time curves to determine the adiabatic temperature rise value and rate.
