This computer controlled static anchor tester is used for static anchor strength testing of steel strands, specifically for testing the static anchor performance of wedge-type anchors, grips and couplers for prestressing tendons. It is core testing equipment for highway and railway bridge prestress quality testing.
Working Principle: The computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo loading system applies load via a high-precision load cell (6500kN). The computer controls and displays the test process, with an electro-hydraulic servo digital valve precisely controlling loading speed and pressure to determine anchor efficiency coefficient, total strain and other static anchor performance parameters.

Control cabinet: Control panel, motor pump, oil inlet/return valves, shut-off valve, solenoid directional valve, electro-hydraulic servo digital valve, piping, oil tank, etc.
