The equipment uniformly heats the sample in the Cleveland standard brass test cup through a heating device. When the temperature is close to the expected flash point, the heating rate is reduced to 5~6°C/min to ensure testing accuracy. The test flame sweeps the sample surface at a fixed frequency with a standard size (3.2~4.8mm), and the photoelectric sensor automatically identifies the flash phenomenon, recording the temperature at the moment of flash as the flash point; if the sample burns continuously, the fire point temperature is recorded. It has a built-in high-precision PT100 temperature sensor (accuracy ±0.1°C) and atmospheric pressure sensor, which automatically corrects temperature and atmospheric pressure to eliminate the impact of environmental factors on testing results. The fully automatic model is equipped with automatic ignition, flame monitoring, overheat protection, automatic shutdown and other functions, requiring no manual intervention throughout the process to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of testing results.
