This cement mortar jolt table is used for specimen preparation in cement strength testing, and is standard equipment for specimen molding in cement mortar strength tests. The touch screen control system offers intuitive operation and a high degree of automation.
Working Principle: A synchronous motor drives the cam to lift the vibrating component to a set height, then freely drops it, generating a vibration frequency of 60 tamps/min to compact cement mortar specimens under gravity. An automatic proximity switch counter stops after 60 tamps for accurate and convenient operation.

Operation Procedure:
Secure empty mold and frame on the jolt table
Load mortar in two layers, level each layer with appropriate scraper
Jolt 60 times per layer
Remove frame, scrape and level the specimen surface with a straight edge
Mark specimen number and position
Maintenance:
Turn off power after use, clean and wipe dry
Keep clean and dust-free
Regularly check proximity switch to cam clearance (1-1.5mm)
Protect from dust, oil and moisture
