This automatic film applicator is used to prepare uniform coating films on standard substrates in paints, inks, adhesives and other industries, effectively reducing human errors caused by different coating speeds and pressures. It is ideal film preparation equipment for coating laboratories, quality testing institutions and research universities.

Working Principle: The vacuum adsorption system holds the substrate flat on the coating base. The adjustable-speed transverse push rod moves the film applicator at a constant speed, forming a uniform coating film. Vacuum adsorption ensures the substrate remains flat and wrinkle-free, greatly improving film reproducibility.

Operation Steps:

1. Place substrate flat on coating base, turn on vacuum pump for adsorption

2. Seal unused vacuum holes with tape for smaller substrates

3. Select coating length (I: 250mm / II: 370mm), press "Reset" to position push rod

4. Place film applicator in front of push rod, adjust coating width

5. Press "Start" to begin coating

6. Turn off vacuum pump after coating, remove specimen

Maintenance:

• Cover with dust cover after each use to prevent dust ingress

• Clean coating base promptly to maintain flatness

• Do not switch "Coating Length" during operation

• Clean with detergent when oil contamination is present

Available in different specifications: different coating sizes (300×200mm, 400×300mm, etc.), different coating lengths (300mm, 500mm, etc.), and different speed ranges (0-10cm/s, 0-20cm/s, etc.) to suit various substrate sizes and coating types.
