This asphalt mixture segregation tester (also known as asphalt mixture mixing characteristic tester) is specifically designed for determining the asphalt content segregation index, gradation segregation index, and mixing quality index of hot-mix (warm-mix) asphalt mixtures, to indirectly evaluate the mixing performance of asphalt mixtures themselves. It is a testing device for asphalt mixture mix design and construction quality control.
Test Principle: Load a specified mass (10kg±1kg) of asphalt mixture into the conical hopper. By controlling the sequential opening and closing of three switches (bottom, inner, outer), the mixture falls onto the material platform in layers. Asphalt content and gradation analysis are performed on each layer to calculate the segregation index and evaluate the mixing uniformity of the mixture.

Material & Process: Main body made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. Hopper equipped with rock wool insulation to reduce temperature loss of the mixture during testing.
