The equipment puts the asphalt sample cast in a standard mold into a constant temperature water bath, sets the specified temperature (usually 5℃, 25℃), and drives the stretching mechanism to stretch the sample at a constant rate of 50mm/min±5mm/min or 10mm/min±0.5mm/min through a high-precision servo motor until the sample breaks. The system records the stretching length and time of the sample in real time, and automatically calculates the ductility value (elongation at break, in cm). The built-in temperature control module ensures uniform and stable water bath temperature, with the error controlled within ±0.1℃. The whole process is automated to eliminate manual operation errors, ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of test data, which fully meets the accuracy requirements of international standards for asphalt ductility testing.
