The 82 Type is suitable for static thermal aging tests, while the 85 Type simulates actual construction conditions through rotation + air flow, and the test results are closer to engineering reality.
High-Precision Intelligent Temperature Control: Adopts PID intelligent temperature control system and high-precision platinum resistance sensor, with temperature control accuracy up to ±0.5℃ and chamber temperature uniformity ≤±2℃, fully complying with standard test requirements, ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of aging test data.
Automatic Operation Design: The 85 Type is equipped with automatic turntable, air flow control system and intelligent timing function, which can automatically complete the whole process of rotation, heating, timing and shutdown; the 82 Type is equipped with automatic timing and temperature maintenance function, one-key start of the test without manual supervision, greatly improving laboratory detection efficiency.
