DYE-2000 type electro-hydraulic pressure testing machine (hereinafter referred to as testing machine) is mainly
used for pressure testing of metal, non-metal, such as concrete, cement, masonry and other specimens.
Applicable to construction, building materials, roads, bridges, mines and other engineering construction units.
Operational methods:Turn on the power supply, start the oil pump motor,close the return oil valve, open the oil supply valve to make the workbench rise above 5 mm, close the oil supply valve.
Place the specimen in the proper position of the lower pressure plate table and adjust the hand wheel so that the upper pressure plate is 2-3 mm away from the specimen.Adjust the pressure value to zero.
Open the oil supply valve and load the specimen at the speed required by the test.
After the rupture of the specimen, open the return valve to make the lower pressure plate drop, can take out the specimen, close the oil supply valve, record the compressive force value of the specimen.
